The apartment is on two floors. The apartment is accessed from the top floor. Upstairs there is the living room with balcony, bathroom with shower and kitchen. A spiral staircase leads down to the lower floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. One bedroom has a double bed while the other has a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. The apartment has two parking spaces in the garage.

Chesa San Pieder is located in the upper part of Pontresina 1.5 km from the station. The town center is 700 meters away and the Sportpavillon bus stop is 180 meters from the house. In summer as in winter, the hiking trails start directly from the house. It is a 4-storey building with lift and has a shared garage and outdoor parking spaces for guests. A sloping garden surrounds the house. St. Moritz is 6 km away.
