Chesa Roser is a small complex of houses located at the entrance to the pedestrian area of Samedan with splendid views of the Bernina massif, the valley and the historic center. We have two apartments available: Three-Level apartment: located on the second floor without elevator. On the first floor of the apartment there is the entrance with wardrobes, two bedrooms, the double bedroom with balcony and the other with two single beds. Full bathroom with tub and double sink. On the second floor there is a large living room with access to the balcony, a super-equipped kitchen with its own balcony and a complete bathroom with bathtub. On the third floor of the apartment there is a sofa area with TV and a double bedroom. Two-Level apartment: located on the second floor without elevator. On the first floor of the apartment there is a dining room and living room with a large window with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom and a double bedroom. On the second attic floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. Bath. All apartments have a single parking space in the garage, free communal laundry and ski storage.
