Property information

The apartment, of approximately 80m2, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small independent kitchen. Once past the entrance and the first rooms, a beautiful, very spacious living room opens up where the dining table, TV and living area are located. From there, we find a third room that can be completely separated by a sliding door, furnished with a sofa bed, which brings the maximum capacity of the apartment to 6 people. The spacious balcony is accessible both from the living room and from the separate room. One parking space in the garage, maximum dimensions: Garage entrance height 215 cm Parking space width 225 cm Parking space length 440 cm

Neighbourhood information

Chesa Bellavista is located a few steps from the center of St. Moritz in the direction of Suvretta. Only 400 meters from the city center. Consequently restaurants, shops are within walking distance. The train station is 1.1 km away while the funicular to Corviglia is 600 meters away. With skis it is possible to return very close to the house in the evening after a day on the slopes. The view from the house extends over Lake St. Moritz and the mountains.
