This charming 1.5-room penthouse apartment is in an absolutely central location - directly adjacent to the old town and a 10-minute walk to the exhibition grounds - and yet very quiet. The train and bus stop is 50m from the house. There is a connection to the main train station every 10 minutes (1km on foot). The stylish and modern dining/living/sleeping area offers a French double bed, a chaise longues, a dining table for 2 people, a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The separate bathroom with WC has a very spacious shower. The office room with desk and chair is ideal for working. The 3 skylights make the apartment bright and give a wonderful view of the rooftops of the city and the cathedral (Unesco World Heritage Site).
