Located in a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood with lots of greenery and free street parking. 10- 15 mins’ drive to the YVR airport, Vancouver downtown, UBC, Oakridge Mall, VanDusen Garden, beaches and other attractions. There are bus stops minutes away, with direct transits to downtown and Skytrains . Short walking distance to groceries, restaurants and commercial services. Just a 90 minute drive along the spectacular Sea to Sky highway to Whistler. World famous skiing or hiking.
