Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located 1910 heritage home. Only a ten minute drive to Departure Bay Ferry, two blocks to Country Club Center, four blocks to Long Lake, and central to everything that Nanaimo has to offer. With a fully fenced yard and green space we are pet friendly so bring your beloved family pet as well! We offer in suite laundry, kitchenette, private bathroom, and three beds. One Queen bunk, one double loft bed, and one double sofa bed. We have been restoring the home to its former beauty for the past few years and are still working on the exterior. Nothing loud or to be concerned with as it won't affect your stay however, our lower rates reflect this.
I live above the garden unit and I am quiet, respectful, and approachable. I enjoy yoga, puttering in the garden, meditation, walks to the beach, exploring the Islands, and reading a good book. My mother who also lives here can often be found working in the yard, planting flowers, and occasionally hosting a fire pit evening. I am a holistic health bodywork practitioner and I have a Zen wellness room upstairs where I offer: reflexology, reiki, acupressure, and mediumship readings.
