There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. 1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. 2. There is on-site parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for 15.00 USD/day and if you need additional parking, please use public parking for 34.00 USD/day (no in and out access) . If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle made to register. Please note that any unregistered vehicles found will be towed.
