The York House is a fully renovated home that sits on an Estate Lot with 1 acre of mature trees, flowers, and beautiful lawns. We are offering a 2 2-bedroom suite on the Second Floor of the York House. Entering the home through the main foyer is a craftsmanship staircase that you just don't see anymore. The 2 bedrooms are on the second floor with a private bathroom. There is a lovely veranda at the front of the home with a swing lounger and bench sofa. Around the back is the courtyard. Great place to relax and enjoy the grounds. The guest rooms are separate from the rest of the home. There is a small Den with a microwave and mini fridge.
My husband Dave and I Have been in the Hospitality business for 25 years. We made our home into a short-term vacation rental and enjoyed having guests stay at our lovely home. In the village, we are able to go cycling on the Friendship Trail. Paddleboarding at Bay Beach. ( Crystal Beach)
Close to the beach Private quiet area. Walk downtown Niagara Falls 20 minutes Niagara on the lake 35 minutes Safari Niagara is 10 minutes from the house. The bike trail and the end of the street. Ask about our bikes and paddle boards. Friendship Trail – Part of the Trans Canada Trail, this 3 m wide paved path travels the 24 km between Fort Erie and Port Colborne along an old CN rail trail from Fort Erie. Detours lead to the lakeshore and beaches, as well as commercial and recreational facilities, including Crystal Beach and Sherkston. There is storage for the bike.
