Welcome to The Oaks Resort. Nestled on beautiful Crow Lake, the property is situated on 8 acres with 410 feet of waterfront and a 100-foot boardwalk. The spring fed crystal clear lake has the MNR designation awarded to only 1% of Ontario lakes. Rated as one of the top 10 lakes in Canada, this means that the lake is very clean and deep. There are small and large mouth bass, crappie, perch, northern pike, walleye, sunfish, white fish, stocked and native lake trout. There is cliff diving for the more adventurous and a channel through to Bob's Lake which opens up another 18 miles of pristine waterway. The Lakehouse is a 6-bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2 living room home. There are an additional 7 seasonal cottages spread out over the property that are rented between April and November. The fully A/C, propane heated Lakehouse includes 6 bedrooms, one on the main level with a king bed, three on the second level with 2 double beds and 1 queen bed, the Lakehouse Suite with a queen bed and walk-in closet, a large loft area on the third floor with 2 more double beds. The main floor has a 3-piece bathroom with shower and full-size washer & dryer. The second floor includes a 3-piece bathroom with a newly installed spacious shower, a 4-piece ensuite with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The kitchen has a full complement of stainless-steel appliances including a gas stove and double freezer fridge, dishwasher and microwave. It is also fully stocked including all utensil's, dinnerware and everyday appliances. This home offers plenty of space for visiting and relaxing such as the family room with a wood burning stove and 50" Smart TV - Netflix, Prime and Wi-Fi included and two oversized leather sofas. The great room has a gas fireplace, leather sofa and loveseat, a 75" Smart TV that sits atop a beautiful electric fireplace. The Lakehouse has 2 large decks. The front deck overlooks the lake while the multi-level side deck includes a large BBQ and seating area.

Hello, I am Barry Mann my brother David Mann and I are your hosts at The Oaks Resort. I am a very welcoming and personable host who is on-site and loves engaging with my guests. I always make myself available for any requests or concerns and I am very willing to help out in any way that I can. I truly enjoy the sound of laughter and everyone having fun and enjoying their stay at The Oaks Resort. Crow Lake is a part of the Canadian shield and the land o lakes region. Local amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, artisans, boutiques, mini golf, and the K & P Trail, etc. can be found at nearby Sharbot Lake and Westport. Westport also offers access to the historic Rideau Lakes System and Foley Mountain Conservation Area for boating, cycling, hiking and other activities. Silver Lake Provincial Park is just 15 minutes away for those who enjoy outdoor camping. You will also have complete access to the waterfront beach area, swim raft, docks, lookout, and the 100' boardwalk. There is a 12'x16' gazebo at the lakefront for gatherings with 3 picnic tables and a lakefront fire pit. The 3 docks extending some 30' into the lake have ample room to dock your boat and perhaps cast a few lines. There are Muskoka chairs and loungers all along the boardwalk for you to enjoy the incredible south facing view of the lake. We have 2 canoes, and 4 new kayaks that are available for you to use. There is a sandy beach, swim raft and multiple water toys (air mattresses, noodles, boogie boards, etc. We do provide life jackets in many different sizes - however please bring your own if you require special sizing. There is a children's play area with a treehouse, swings and slide. Enjoy your tea/coffee or other preferred beverage overlooking Crow Lake and view amazing sunrises or evening sunsets.
