Welcome to this gorgeous custom built basement suite in the heart of Cliffside! High ceilings, rich hardwood flooring, and so much more! Located in a fabulous neighbourhood, close to transit, Go Station, Mall, the beach, Parks, Scarborough Bluffs and 20 minutes to downtown Toronto! The basement of this home offers a separate entrance, full-sized 2 bedroom with an above-grade window, lovely open concept living room, dining and kitchen space.
I am an independent business contractor, I like to respect people, love making friendship and very open minded. No smoking and no pets are allowed. No parties. Expect quiet visitors who will respect our home. We are living upstairs. We can be communicated over phone, airbnb massanger and in person.
