Various wineries, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking, paddleboards and kayaking. Post office, bank, liquor store, groceries and business center. 15 minutes to the Victoria International airport, 20 minutes to B.C. ferries, 20 minutes to downtown Victoria. Close to bus route Car recommended. Beautiful neighbourhood to walk in and beach access path right next to house.
