Hi! We both grew up on the North Shore of Vancouver, and currently reside in Squamish.

Property info

Central North Vancouver home that offers over 1600 sq ft of outdoor space including pool, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor heated dining area, and large patio spaces offering south-westerly views of the city skyline, water, and North Shore mountains. The home has several private bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and a communal kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and outdoor spaces. This private room has a Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, closet, desk, TV. You have access to your private bedroom/ensuite bathroom (with lock on bedroom door), and the rest of the space in the home/outside is communal space, including kitchen, living room, dining room, pool, hot tub. Note: pool not heated year-round, but hot tub is. November 1, 2024-April 30, 2025 Minimum stay is 30 days; discount of 30% given if stay is over 90 days...please inquire with us for this option! October 16, 2025-April 30, 2026: Minimum stay is 30 days; discount of 30% given if stay is over 90 days and 40% if stay is over 180 days...please inquire with us for this option!
