This freshly modernized 700 square foot, one bedroom executive suite is situated on the lower level of the home. Its large windows throughout allows for natural light to flow in each room and gives the feeling of main level living. Upon arriving one is greeted with the stunning Lake Lisgar in Tillsonburg which offers a picturesque view, complete with an illuminated fountain(seasonal) and gazebo, You will be ensured your own private drive way and private entrance. The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras, regularly updated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a flashlight to accommodate the safety and security of its occupants.
