Within a 3 block radius from you is: Kits Beach, The Local, Chewies Oyster Bar, Lucky Taco, Nook (Italian), grocery stores, and much more. The apartment is close to everything however, its located in a very quiet peaceful area. There will be a guidebook for you on the counter for places to eat and see! The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge, toaster oven, kettle and microwave. It has everything you need to cook with, pots, pans, baking sheet, olive oil, and all spices. There is a coffee press with stocked coffee, tea and sugar & some condiments in the fridge. The bedroom has a king bed with a 35” wall mounted TV, black out blinds, and a Dyson fan. The Living room is equipped with a 55” TV, blue tooth sound bar, full size sectional couch, and extra blankets under the ottoman. There is a small computer desk in the living room. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, lotion & a first aid kit. There are beautiful candles all around the house for you to enjoy. Please NOTE: Some of the storage space is locked however, there is plently of space to store your things. The apartment does not have direct access to the main furnace for heat as the main heat vent is too close to the electrical chords for the TV system. There is a heater/AC unit with a vent that attaches to the balcony door. Please keep in mind that this is an older 4 story building however, the apartment has recently been renovated and is brand new. As such there is no elevator in the building. You will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Laundry access & underground parking stall (1) - max height of 7’

This apartment used to be my home and ive decorated it in a way where you feel cozy and comfortable. It has an incredibly comfortable king bed, as well as cozy blankets, tones of pillows, and little things such as candles, and diffusers. I live 15 min away, and am available 24/7 for any questions during your stay

Cornwall & Yew street is the heart of Kitsilano where the beach and patios are. The apartment is 3 blocks up from here. The walk up Yew street consists of the cutest patios and restaurants in town. You have the beach, kits outdoor pool, Chewies Oyster Bar, The Local Eatery, Lucky Taco, Gelato, Starbucks, Seaguls bagels (open 24/7), Viva bakery, Nook (italian), 2 grocery stores, The Kings Head Pub, and The Ellis pub all within a 4 block radius. If you decide to walk up the hill on yew street to west 4th avenue (4 blocks up) you have even more to chose from such as the famous Jam Cafe, Shoppers, Whole foods, Safeway, Sushi, Cold tea bars, the famous LUCKY donuts, and tones ofShopping! You are within walking distance from everything, even the sea wall. If you chose to bike the seawall there are "shaw rental" bikes one block from the appartment.
