Activities/events on the beach July/August on weekends (fireworks, light show, fire pit, DJ) PLEASE NOTE that there is an apartment in the basement that is currently occupied by people that take care of the property which have a completely separate/independent entrance and parking. There will be an extra charge applied for special events such as weddings, ceremonies, large parties.
