It’s a very private place and there’s a bbq and fire pit available for use. There is no smoking 🚭 in the apartment but allowed on the property. There is no set quiet time. This is a 2 bedroom loft and after 2 people there will be a charge per person per night (4 person max).
I am a grandmother of 2 beautiful children and I have 3 beautiful dogs who are not allowed to roam on the property, they are never lose. Their names are Murphy, Zoe and Luna and all are very friendly.
It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are the most friendliest people you could ever meet< true Cape Bretoners!
