- Thoughtfully designed, stylish & modern space, ideal for large groups & remote workers - In the charming Le Plateau neighborhood, steps to the metro & 1 parking spot included - There’s a fully equipped kitchen & each room has its own A/C (heat for colder months) - Apt on Mont-Royal, a favorite destination street & near St-Laurent & St-Denis Streets - 10-min walk to La Fontaine Park & walking distance to eateries, cafes, bars & shops! House Rules: - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300 USD penalty. (There is a cigarette smoke detector in the unit) - No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm. You may enjoy music at a moderate volume until 11 pm. We just ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors. The area has great restaurants and clubs where you can continue past 11 pm. - In the event of excessive noise, power to the unit will be shut off. - Please do not tamper with or disconnect any smoke detectors or noise devices. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - You might be required to provide a government ID the day you will be checking in. - Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - No shoes can be worn inside on hardwood floors. - Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties or consequences that result from the guest's actions or violations of the house rules.
