The apartment is a personal project in which I invested all of my assets and 1 year 24/7 in order to self-finance my startup with a residential prototype of resource optimization in a commercial framework. More than 300 devices are connected together to orchestrate thousands of routines minimizing energy costs while automating administration of randomized expiring access codes, invoices, financial statements and databases. Fully autonomous self-check-in process that is secure and user friendly. Guests receive a personal code functional from the check-in date and time to the check out date and time. It unlocks the building lock, apartment door and the bedroom. The space between the building and apartment door is equipped with cameras to control entries and exits and locks are automated. Im an old 30 year old man who had many opportunities and seized them all. I also faced many difficulties, overcame them all. Opening this place I created to strangers from around the world was the best decision I have ever taken. So far its been nothing but wonderful times and the best part is everyone checks-out happier than ever and spent so much less than if they would have gone to the familiar hotel who would drained their spirit.

Good thing about renovating a commercial building is living on a commercial street which mean next to the apartment you have: -Plenty of Restaurants and Commerces - Lots of street parking nearby - A Fast-Charge Spot for Electric Cars - A bus station that brings you directly in 10 minutes to the metro station Honoré-Beaugrand The neighbourhood itself is not touristic, Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve is peaceful and filled with regular Montrealer living the Montreal life a 20 minutes drive away from downtown.
