Welcome to our newest Haro Heights 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit plus den which comes with underground secured parking, bike storage, in-suite laundry, high-end furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. Haro Heights is located in the prestigious Cordova Bay neighborhood directly across the street from the ocean and beach. There is a small grocery and Italian grocery area on the lobby level which also offers coffee, tea, goodies, and basics. Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle. Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of USD 375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for USD 150.00.
