The perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility, well-furnished and equipped 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite, conveniently located near downtown Langford in a lovely residential area. Downtown Victoria is only a 15-20 minute drive away. Shopping, entertainment, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants are just minutes away, making this a perfect place to stay during your visit to our beautiful Island. The space The Galloping Goose is just steps away from the suite, 55-kilometre multi-use rail trail between Victoria and Sooke. We are located at the 19km mark. Relax in the comfortable and tastefully decorated living room, complete with cozy seating and a flat-screen TV. Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need. Rest easy in the well-appointed bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed, soft linens, and ample storage for your belongings. Enjoy the convenience of a clean and modern bathroom stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Step outside to your own private patio, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, it's a great place to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The property has child items available if needed such as a stroller, pack-n-play, and booster seat. Other things to note The suite is located in our home. We are a family of four with two toddlers. Please note we try our best to be mindful when guests are staying with us but noise does travel down. House Rules: -There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping ) -Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated -Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours. -NO PETS allowed -Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house **If not followed you will be asked to leave and you could be fined.**
