Located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Innisfil, this cozy basement apartment has just about everything you need including your own private entrance from the side of the house. My family and I live in the upstairs section of this house, and are home most days to assist with any questions/concerns. One parking spot is always available on my driveway. Additional free day-time and over night parking is available on the street, BUT ONLY from May 1st to Nov 1st. Innisfil city parking bylaws can be found online.

A short drive to Friday Harbour Resort including a golf course (15 mins drive), Snow Valley ski resort (20 mins drive), Horseshoe Valley Ski Resort (20 mins drive), Georgian Mall (20 mins drive), Hwy 400 (10 mins drive), Barrie (15 mins drive), Toronto (60 mins drive), Lake Simcoe Marine LTD for boat rentals (10 mins) Uber has a partnership with Innisfil and rides are available at a reduced flat rate within the town.
