No Smoking: Smoking (cigarette, vape, weed, or any type) is strictly prohibited in the property area (inside the unit or backyard). 2. No Pets. 3. No Outdoor Shoes Inside: To keep the unit clean for all guests, we kindly ask you to enter without shoes. A dedicated outdoor shoe rack is available at the entrance in the sunroom (closed room). All guests will be provided with new hotel disposable slippers. 4. Cleaning Service: If you require a cleaning service during your stay, please let us know in advance. 5. No eating or drinking in the bedroom or on sofas.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has all necessary appliances and cooking essentials. It integrates with the open living area, featuring a 6-seater dining table, four chairs, and an extra sofa with additional seating—perfect for family meals and entertainment. Bathroom and Laundry: The unit includes a bathroom and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. The bus stop to Mississauga City Center is right in front of the apartment (1 min walk). 2. Erindale GO Station is a 5-minute drive or 25-minute walk. The GO train takes you comfortably to Downtown Toronto in 40 minutes.
