The number of occupants allowed in the apartment is limited to two (2) people per bed.
The number of guests allowed in the apartment is equivalent to twice the number of authorized occupants in the apartment, as previously determined. (1 bedroom unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 11 PM / 2 bedroom unit: 4 guests + 4 visitors until 11 PM)
Illegal drugs and smoking are not permitted in the unit. We have security on-site and cameras in common areas to ensure compliance with these rules.
Failure to comply with these rules could result in expulsion and also we may retain the security deposit.
Kindly note that at the end of the free cancellation period you will receive a secure payment link in order to authenticate and pay for your reservation.
Kindly note that you will have to complete an online check-in registration that consists of a selfie holding your ID next to your face, valid ID documentation and pre-authorization of the security deposit prior access to your accommodations.
Kindly note that the security deposit of $300 CAD is only pre-authorized on your card and not charged. It will be released 24-48 hours after your check-out if the terms and conditions have been respected. Note that it might take up to 7 business days for the amount to show up on your bank account.
