2 BR bright, new suite, nestled in a 100-year-old character home. At the edge of the Old Orchard neighbourhood near downtown Courtenay, this property previously belonged to famed Bigfoot researcher, John Bindernagel. Whether you are leading your own Sasquatch search, enjoying the area’s abundant recreation, or seeking a spacious home-base for work/travel, you will find this suite well equipped with covered storage, bike wash station, propane fire-pit, HS WiFi, and full-sized washer/dryer. Please note: The suite is at the back of the house. You can access it through the rear lane. There is plenty of parking in the back yard.

Quiet, convenient, old orchard neighborhood Courtney is exceptional for getting around by bicycle or car. With only a 14 minute, straight away drive to or from, the Little River Ferry terminal to Powell River, it's a very convenient location. There are also local city bus routes close by!
