Beautifully decorated with modern and simple design , our warm and cozy studio is located in downtown and in the heart of Montreal's Quartier des Spectacles. You have a 1-minute walk from UQAM as well as Berri and Saint-Laurent metro stations at 5 minutes. Perfect for discovering the city, you will stay near shops, restaurants and bars. The condo gives you access to a private balcony. The building gives you access to a gym, a coworking space, a large roof terrace with a view of the city.
Located in downtown Montreal , everything is at a walking distance to almost any point of interest.
