Already cannot wait to come back to this hotel. Lovely heated pool perfect all year round, the biggest outdoor hot tub I've seen. Rooms are very big and well equipped, they have everything you might want except for a kettle, but I guess only British people drink tea all the time.

Saint-Jerome is the start (or end) of the Petite Train du Nord cycle route. Excellent cycle infrastructure. Plenty of restaurants in the downtown core. A lively place for events.
We stayed at the Super 8 which is about 4 kms from the downtown core, but there were restaurants close by.
Getting to the Super 8 on bicycles was not quite as straight forward as we would have liked, but leaving to join the Petite Nord du Train south was easy as we knew where the cycle paths were.

Making it a very short drive to the ski slopes.
We enjoyed the short drive to view the beautiful fall leaves as they turn all shades of red, simply gorgeous.
We really loved our stay! It was a perfect location(close to highways and stores) and much better services then most chain hotels! Homely touch to it by the personalizations of the little notes. Fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee brewer were great additions! The staff and housekeepers were very kind and considerate. They replenished everything during our two day stay! Loved the little instructions everywhere, was very helpful when needed! We enjoyed the jacuzzi and we had a great sleep! Very very clean and comfy!
It was a hostel type: not a hotel. When we arrived, we were unable to contact anybody by either phone or by email. There is never anyone at the desk as there no desk. Nobody replied by email and nobody called back. Pretty annoying. Finally after 20 minutes waiting in the sun (plus 35 Celsius), we decided to go in the food store to ask if anybody know anything about the hotel and someone answered that she’ll be coming soon (10 minutes later). My question is: what do people do when the store is closed
Modern, spacious hotel with all the amenities. Large room with everything you need, comfortable and large bed. Very nice pool though I didn't indulge. Check in was easy and helpful and friendly.
Breakfast the next day was quick and easy, grab and go or eat there or in your room, fruit salad, several types of toast and bagels, eggs, yogurt, muffins and fresh fruit. Very comfortable and quiet stay.
We stayed here before leaving to ride the P'tit Train du Nord trail. The hotel owner was very nice and let us store a bag there while we were riding. There was a nice outdoor space where we could sit and have wine and snacks before dinner (wine glasses in the room!)
Staff was friendly, premises were always very clean, service was impeccable, pool was the perfect temperature, internet was fast and reliable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.
The breakfast was disappointing. Mini croissants and prepackaged pastries is not the usual standard for breakfast. There was no hot breakfast option. I understand Covid limits some choice but quality should not be sacrificed.
1.I like it's location.
Even we stayed for three nights and wanted some changes for breakfast , we have different choses near the hotel.
It's all walking distances.
2.The workers are nice and polite.
I love the location. However, it's a little expensive comparing to Best Western in US. It was my second visit to St Jerome. I will stay again on my next visit. It's a nice place.
