Recently built, two-story building with a separate apartment on the 2nd floor. Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV Well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a king bed and a sofa in the living room.
Quiet, and beautiful next to the Pacific Spirit Park. 10-minute drive to UBC and the beaches. Lots of restaurants and groceries at Dunbar and 41st Ave - a 5-minute drive.
