We are OFF-GRID. So, that means no air condition, no tv, no telephone, no video games, etc. Not to fear, there is solar power for lights and your devices, WiFi is available if you get shaky from digital withdrawals, and of course we simply open the door to condition the air.. There is almost always a perfect ocean breeze, so even summer time is quite comfortable. The hut is cozy, tidy and sparkling clean.
