Please note, at the time of check out the guest must pay a 10% service charge for each day stayed.

Please note that each room can only accommodate one pet with a maximum weight of 10 kg for an additional daily charge of R$120.00, which must be paid upon arrival. Guests traveling with pets must present valid vaccination documents for the animal. The pet owner must sign an agreement upon check-in. Pets cannot be left alone in the apartments so guests can go outside the hotel. Please contact the hotel for further details.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8,069/1990, minors under the age of 18 cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his or her parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be authenticated and signed by both parents, and presented together with certified copies of their identity documents.

All minors under 18 must also present a valid identification document with photo, which proves their identity and that of their parents. It must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his or her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it will be necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, together with a certified copy of that parent's identity document.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.

The sauna in the unit is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM – however, guests must inform reception 20 minutes in advance for the sauna to be ready for use.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
