Property information

Stay in a privileged location 100 meters from Praia dos Ingleses, in an apartment with a private garden. New condominium with adult pool, located close to the beach, with a market next door. The apartment underwent a small renovation in February 2023 to better serve guests! Accommodations offer: - Garden terrace with barbecue; - Living room with air conditioning, next to the kitchen; - Kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare and serve your meals. There is electric water filter; - 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed plus a bunk bed; single sofa bed in the living room; - Service area with washing machine; - Private parking space for 1 car. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Booking for all guests after closing the reservation; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am; (4) it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illicit drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets. Failure to comply with the house rules are grounds for terminating your stay immediately and/or charging for any damages, extra cleaning and condo fines caused by breaking these rules.
