Nossa casa está a 7 min de caminhada até a ponte ou a barco exclusivo de acesso a praia, se localizamos ao lado do clube do condomínio que conta com brinquedoteca , academia de musculação, spa, parque infantil ,piscina olímpica, quadras esportivas e salão de jogos.. Temos 4 suítes climatizadas e 1 quarto de dependência , area zen com banheira de hidromassagem ,piscina privativa ,cozinha toda equipada, varanda gourmet com churrasqueira, wifi de qualidade, tv a cabo e para sua maior comodidade fornecemos todo o enxoval.
