Paulistano and urban rhyme, and it's hard to believe that this is pure coincidence. Ibira by You is at a very strategic address in the Ibirapuera region, which gives easy access to the offices and multinationals of Vila Olímpia, Faria Lima and JK - while also taking you within a few minutes to areas of the city with an intense university life. A place to get to by bike or on foot, just a few steps from the Moema and Eucaliptos subway stations and the Ibirapuera Shopping Mall.

Neighbourhood information

The sophisticated Moema neighborhood is covered by Ibirapuera Park, a large green area with a planetarium, jogging trails, lakes and woods, as well as the impressive Auditorium Ibirapuera concert hall, a red and white building designed by Oscar Niemeyer. On the outskirts of the park, the tree-lined streets are lined with fast-food outlets and sophisticated restaurants serving international cuisine. Nearby, the Museum of Modern Art exhibits mainly Brazilian works and has a sculpture garden.
