A propriedade fica dentro de uma area arborizada, mata atlântica, Lugar tranquilo, reservado. O chale fica a 2 minutos para o centro de carro e 15 a 20 minutos a pé para os bares e restaurantes do centrinho da Pipa.
O Chale Casa Jacu super bem localizado. Fica em uma are nobre da praia da pipa, ontegrado a mata atlantica e ao mesmo tempo proximo as melhores praias da pipa e do centro badalado deste lugar paradisiaco. Possui 1 quarto, 1 banheiro, uma sala com cozinha acoplada varanda, jardim, churrasqyeira, wifi, tv utesilios de cozinha ,etc. Tem a privacidade, o estilo e o CHRAME que vc procura para ferias , trabalho, lazer . O Chale é novo e aconchegante.
O bairro é super tranquilo Integrado a natureza e proximo ao Centro de Pipa e suas lindas praias.
