One of the best facilities in Rio de Janeiro, for its services and very professional management. The apartment enjoys the same services as a hotel, and many of these are included in the price, such as: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hamman, fitness center, restaurant service, concierge and 24 H surveillance, on-site assistance, daily cleaning (1 hour per day). Restaurant (paid menu) on the attic floor overlooking the sea, Christ and the lake famous for its gigantic Christmas tree. RESERVATIONS VALID ONLY FOR FAMILIES - NOT FOR GROUPS OF CHILDREN
The apartment was purchased to meet personal needs of holidays in Rio de janeiro, choosing the best location of the place and reforming it in 2007 completely. It is equipped to comfort and satisfy family needs, even for long periods., most of the location for its facilities to services (supermarket, subway, shopping bistrot) and both the structure for its equipment and internal services as well as the comfort of the apartment, have always met the needs of all the Hosts who have booked.
Ipanema is one of the best areas for those who love to visit the life of Rio. Different cultures meet in the nightlife and in the beaches getting involved by the smile and kindness Carioca. The apartment is sea view and is located 50 meters as the crow flies, exactly between the "9" and "10" rescue points. Two places in the beaches of Rio, nearby but animated in a different way. From the apparition you can see the symbol of Rio, the famous mountain called "Arpoador" ideal for taking some souvenir photos at sunset. In the beaches you live a positive energy, immediately at dawn, with long walks or jogging, and ends until late at night, listening to local music and drinking an excellent caipirinhia, as well as playing on the beach until late evening. In the street parallel to the apartment, there is the street Garcia D'Avila that entertains during the day the walk with shopping and services and nightlife with its restaurants and bistros. Not far away is Lagoa, another place to visit using bike sharing being, another place of leisure and distraction for children.
