Cozy and well located apartment in a seafront condominium in Praia do Centro, in Meia Praia. Just cross the street to enjoy! We are in one of the best locations in Itapema, with a good variety of restaurants, shops and services in general in the surroundings. We offer: Large PRIVATE terrace with barbecue, hammock, tables and chairs; Living room with 42-inch TV and Chromecast + 500 Mb internet, for shared use; Integrated living environments, living room next to the dining area; 2 (old) freezers, one brewer and the other horizontal, for meat storage; Kitchen equipped with utensils and electrodes to prepare and serve your meals; 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 suite with tatami-style double bed and Smart TV. In the second bedroom there is also 1 double bed and tv; In the third bedroom we have 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed. All rooms can be accessed both from the balcony and from the internal area; Service area attached to the kitchen, with washing machine, iron and clothesline; 1 parking space for large cars (Hilux models do not fit); 2 complete bathrooms, one of them in the suite. Condominium with elevator from the garage and access with ramp to the entrance hall. IMPORTANT: Despite appearing in the photos, the air conditioning located in the room is not functional, only the rooms. Please read carefully: Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside Booking for all guests after closing the reservation; parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; observe silence from 10 pm to 8 am; it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illicit drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; we do not host pets. Failure to comply with the house rules are grounds for terminating your stay immediately and/or charging for any damages, extra cleaning and condo fines caused by breaking these rules
