The villa is located on the edge of the center of Kralendijk. It concerns the former detached house of the governor of Bonaire. This was completely renovated in 2021 and converted into 2 spacious apartments. Because this location is located in Playa and on the edge of the center of Kralendijk, you can enjoy the tranquility but also visit the various restaurants and cafes within walking distance. This makes everything in the center within walking distance.
My name is Raoul and I am the owner and host of Villa Gobernador. After 10 years of entrepreneurship in sustainable energy and construction, I bought this beautiful building on Bonaire. I love nice weather, diving, (water) sports, good food and relaxing. Partly because all this can be found on Bonaire, I have chosen to buy this as an investment and to have the entire building refurbished. So it has been completely renovated and has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday on Bonaire. I am regularly on the island and when I am not I am in Amsterdam. When you book our Villa (or 1 of the separate 2 apartments) I guarantee that you will end up in one of the best and most central locations on Bonaire and I am happy to help you discover all the beautiful places on the island.
In addition, tens of meters from your front door, the beautiful clear blue sea. In front of the door is a well-known jetty where at the end of the day the local fishermen come in with their catch. Next to the local fishermen's jetty, there is also a jetty with bench seat and stairs, giving the opportunity to easily enter the sea for swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating, even sea fishing or enjoying the sunset in the evening. In addition to all the local amenities around the house, it is also the ideal base for your diving, windsurfing or kitesurfing holiday. There is sufficient space in and around the house to store things properly. Villa Gobernador is a villa located on the edge of the center. In total, it concerns an object with approximately 250 m2 of living space spread over the ground floor and 1st floor. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both the ground floor and 1st floor have a large kitchen and living / dining room and outdoor space. The property was completely renovated in 2021 and has all the luxuries and necessities for an unforgettable holiday on Bonaire.
