Property information

The apartment is in a quiet house, located near to the center of the town, 5 minutes away from ARTE hotel and 2 minutes away from Elbrus hotel, both offering mineral water indoor and outdoor pools. Across the street there is a peaceful and lovely park, where you can take a nice walk. In the park there are also mineral springs and a mineral bath. The apartment has a bright living room with two single beds, a kitchen, a large bedroom with a library, a separate study, three terraces, a bathroom with WC and a yard. The kitchen is fully equipped - refrigerator, coffee machine, stove with oven and hotplates, absorber, microwave oven and a toaster. In the living room, there is a large smart TV. On the sunny terraces you can drink your coffee while enjoying the wonderful view of the mountain or the park. Free parking lot and Wi-Fi connection are provided.
