I live in Bratislava and besides my job in the hospital in the anesthesiology-resuscitation department for children with cardiac illnesses, which fulfills me, I rent my apartments in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a passionate traveler throughout Europe I fell in love with Bulgaria's beautiful coasts . Eventualy Bulgaria became my second home and I am planing on spending a considerable part of my life there. I own four apartments right on the coast of the Black Sea, in the city of Burgas - Svieti Vlas in the complex of Grand Resort Fort Noks. Apartments include everything that our guests, prefering a private acomodation over hotels, need. Apartments are registered in the ESTI state tourism system in the Bulgarian republic. I am obligated to ask every incoming guest to send me an identification card of any type. I have to enter your personal data in to the ESTI system and then pay the local tourist fee for each guest. This apartment for rent offers accommodation with Wi-Fi access and air conditioning. Close to the apartment are available 3 restaurants, 2 shops and access to terrace bars with 17 outdoor pools. Activities: mountain hiking, diving and mini golf are strongly recommended for recreants. The apartment is equipped with cable TV connection. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has an automatic washing machine and hairdryer. The studio is situated on the upper floor, under the roof, so you will not be disturbed by other guests above you. The space is air conditioned. located just 5 minutes from the beach. The whole area is accessible for the guests, you can walk through the beautiful gardens that make up the whole complex. Recreants can use also 17 pools freely accessable throughout the complex. The beaches below the complex are freely accessible, without restrictions. The entire Fort Noks complex is built on a slope. From our F2 block, located at the top of the complex, it is only 170 meters from the beach.

St. Vlas is a beautiful town with a port, where beautiful yachts from all over Bulgaria and abroad are moored. This location has a unique climate thanks to the combination of air with pine forests and sea salt. Great for allergy sufferers and asthmatics. From the complex you can walk or take bus number 8 to St.Vlas, the Sunny Beach is 4 km from St.Vlas and Nessebar 11 km. Ancient Nessebar is a historic city inscribed on the UNESCO list. Of course I can secure a private car, paid to the driver on the spot.
