For all other items you need, you’ll need to purchase and bring them in with you. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only. WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO PLEASE ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300 USD penalty. - No hosting parties/events, Illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise, especially after 10 pm, is not tolerated. We must be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. In order to access the property, we will require you to sign an agreement prior to your check-in and provide the following: - ID picture - Phone number - Email address You will also have free access to the neighbouring hotel's pool and gym facilities.
