We are a boutique BnB management company based in Melbourne. A husband and wife team, I'm a project manager in construction and my wife is an event planner who is also the stylist for our properties. We are very selective in the properties we manage and every one of them has a unique style to it. We are into heritage properties and love to convert them to liveable spaces for people to enjoy. I hope you enjoy staying at our properties and love it as much as we do!

Property information

Heritage property with a mid century modern twist centrally located between Clifton Hill and Collingwood. This spacious and stylish place is perfect for group trips and families. The property has it’s own private backyard with enough space to park a car as well as to dine and relax. Walkable to lots of great restaurants and pubs as well as the life style premise of Fitzroy and Collingwood. Please note: The property is a heritage listed victorian property which we converted to a modern standard. It is on a busy intersection between Alexandra Parade and Wellington St between Collingwood and Fitzroy. There will be some traffic noise on the outside of the property. However as we have sound proofed windows, noise is barely noticeable in the property. Rooms are upstairs via an easy flight of steps. There is a large living room connected to a kitchen and bathroom which leads outside to the backyard. There is also plenty of parking outside the property with unlimited parking in the front and 4 hour parking on the side streets.

Neighbourhood information

Clifton hill is a nice residential area away from the hustle and bustle of brunswick and smith st but also an easy walk if you want to experience that busier side. There is also the clifton hill high street which has plenty of nice shops and restaurants. There is also a big central park within walkable distance. Parking is very easy around the property. There are 4P parking areas on wellington street. Unlimited parking right outside the property on alexandra parade. You can also park in the backyard which is accessible via the laneway entering from council st. Public electric scooters are also accessible.
