Guests under the age of 24 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

linen and towels are only provided free for Dec/Jan, Easter and motorbike grandprix bookings. For all other

bookings linen and towels are an optional extra cost. Arrangements can be made with Wyndham Luxury to hire linen

and towels if required. The cost of the linen and towels are $30 per queen bed and $15 per single bed.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
