Located opposite the Myall River and a walk or short drive to the local cafes, restaurants and beaches this property is sure to please the whole family! • Three-bedroom home • Large sitting area • Main bathroom offers a bathtub • Comfortable bedrooms with built in robes and ceiling fans • Enclosed outdoor area perfect for entertaining and or an evening BBQ • Off street parking • Fully fenced yard – Pets Welcome • 50m walk over the road to a kayak/other launch point Important Points -You must BYO fire wood and kindling. -Beagle and Labradoodle shown in photographs not included. -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. -Strict no party or function policy.
