This spacious residence with separate lounge & bedroom occupies an entire floor in a charming Paddington terrace in a fabulous location bordering Darlinghurst and Rushcutters Bay. Cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and city centre are walking distance and there are also close transport links to the city, harbour and beaches. The residence is perfect for travelling executives or a couple wishing to work from the residence or travellers wanting a comfortable place to stay with easy access to all parts of the city. Complimentary self-serve breakfast and a selection of snacks, beverages and essentials are included in this executive suite (all included in the nightly rate) so guests can spend their time enjoying the city or at work instead of shopping for essentials. We always check guests' food preferences to closely match their requirements. Excellent wifi, cabled ethernet, significant work space and cabinets for business documents make this space ideal for working and holidaying. Unique architectural and design features include, original artwork, stylish interiors, a luxury bed, modern lighting system, comfy furnishings and upscale appliances.
Jeff is a world traveller that knows what's missing from other accommodation options. The kitchen in this holiday home is setup with a properly stocked pantry so meals or snacks can be prepared easily without buying fundamental essential ingredients. This benefit clearly makes our house a preferred accommodation choice. Complimentary early check-in and late checkout can usually be provided with sufficient notice for guests staying more than a few nights. We believe we fill the gap missing in hotels and most other short term accommodation options to make your stay comfortable and memorable in the best possible way.
This house in fashionable Paddington, bordering Darlinghurst & Rushcutters Bay and is surrounded by Sydney neighborhoods that offer endless opportunities for care-free exploration. The residence is located in a row of heritage Victorian terrace houses surrounded by trees. It's one of Sydney's most fashionable districts with nearby hip cafes, restaurants, art galleries, harbourside parks, chic boutiques, and a fabulous dining scene. Walking distance to the Rushcutters Bay (5 min walk), Jewish Museum (5 minute walk), Potts Point (10 min walk), Rushcutters Bay/Cruising Yacht Club (10 min walk), Australian Museum (20 min walk), NSW Art Gallery (25 min walk), Botanic Gardens (30 min walk), Opera House and the city (downtown) (30-40 min walk). We loan guests Opal cards for public transport. You just need to top them up to cover your travel. We also provide new SIM cards that guests need to activate. Guests can keep the SIM cards and should cancel them when they cease using them. Please note: Our neighbour is completing internal renovations (kitchen, bathroom, carpentry; painting). Building works hours could be 7am-4pm M-F, not holidays. No jack hammering!, no dust.
