Located within the prestigious Swan River suburbs of Applecross, Attadale, Alfred Cove, Ardross, Booragoon, Brentwood, Como, East Perth, South Perth and Mt Pleasant, are our executive houses, villas and apartments. We offer a variety of accommodation at different locations catering to different customers. Our fully furnished properties are the ideal choice for Relocations, Project Teams, Business Executives, and Families on Holiday. Manaa Living can provide a home away from home experiences.

This villa is located in Perth’s premier suburb of Mt Pleasant, with spacious three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The modern and newly renovated villa, has an open plan sitting and an outdoor patio area for you to enjoy. The villa is a great choice for project teams, families or for those relocating. It is close by to Canning Bridge bus and train station, which can take you into the city or towards Fremantle in approximately 30 minutes. There are a variety of shops and restaurants located nearby on the highway. Free WI-FI and onsite parking is also available.

Our quiet near Canning River location is between Perth CBD or Fremantle. The buses travel along nearby Canning Highway every few minutes and the Journey time is between 15 and 30 minutes Enjoy the extensive river and sunset views only 5 min walking distance to Deep Water Point and cafe for lunch or breakfast or entertaining your guests, drinking a glass of wine or cooking a barbecue on the patio. (Please respect that this is a quiet residential area.) Garden city Shopping Centre, Cinemas, fast food outlets and Restaurants is nearby and 24 hours IGA Supermarket on Canning Highway in 5 min drive.
