Tallringa has been in my family for over 50yrs and it holds so many wonderful memories for me that I have decided that other people should also create their own memories here. I have been in property management for just over 7 years and enjoy creating a great space for people to enjoy.
Rye is a seaside town in Greater Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia. It is approximately 95 km south of Melbourne's central business district. Rye's beach, on the eastern side of Port Phillip, is popular with swimmers, fishermen, yachtsmen, and kite surfers. Rye boasts numerous cafe's, restaurants and wine bars. It is close to world renown Portsea and Sorrento, where you can catch the car ferry over to Gelong and explore the Great Ocean Road.
