Property information

Tranquil Waters is a new built home, located 100m from the shores of Geographe Bay, is this large, newly built property on a large corner block., very close to Busselton Hospital. The property has 4 larger than double size rooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, and 3 toilets; with a designer open plan kitchen looking over the large dining and family area. The house has a separate lounge/theatre room with a large flat screen TV, as well as a study/play/reading room. Fully ducted heating and cooling, and opening onto a paved undercover outdoor space, give this property a comfortable but grand feel. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. Self check-in with onsite secure lock box. Property can sleep up to 8 guests. This is a No party, no leavers property. Pets are welcome, they must be cleaned up after, including fur, or fees will apply.
