About This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. "Tramican Street House" captures great breezes and ocean views. The 2 bedrooms both have ceiling fans as does the TV area. The well stocked kitchen is modern with electric cook top, dishwasher and microwave, is open to the living and dining areas and flows out onto the spacious deck. There is a Miele front load washing machine and clothes dryer, carport and a weber gas BBQ. Linen is supplied and beds are made for your convenience. Cleaning: Cleaning is included in the tariff at this property. Please Note: Should you need any extra Information during your stay please dont hesitate calling our office. This property is approved for accommodation only and STRICTLY no parties or loud music This property is NOT pet friendly To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
