The Mitchell Bondi Garden 3 is in a grand, recently renovated, art-deco period apartment building in the hip, local’s neighbourhood of North Bondi. It’s an eight minute walk to the beautiful North Bondi Beach and coastal walks and still only steps away from excellent coffee, a wide array of exceptional restaurants, bakeries, independent grocers, Woolworths and a pharmacy. With unrestricted street parking and a bus stop steps away, leaving the ‘hood and getting around is a breeze. It has two bedrooms with a king size bed in one room, a queen in the other and lots of storage space with built-in robes in both bedrooms. It has a full bathroom plus a combination powder-room/laundry with a second toilet. With an exclusive-use, rear terrace and garden you’ll enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and have several, delightful spaces to lounge in comfort. The apartment been fitted out with the creature comforts of a true home. It’s air-conditioned, the laundry contains a washer and drier and there is a clothes line outside.
It's full kitchen is well equipped and has all of the usual appliances as well as a Nespresso, sharp, good quality kitchen knives and cooking basics (olive oil, some condiments etc). You can also BBQ on the terrace. There is a Bose speaker and the 55 inch smart TV includes Netflix and Apple TV. Porta-cot, high-chair and kids plates/cutlery are available on request. Kindly note - The Mitchell Bondi is a quiet, residential building in a very quiet neighbourhood. This is not the place for you if you're planning to party or invite late-night groups of people to the property. Other things to note - digital keyless entry for convenient check-in; discounts available for weekly and/or monthly stays; the apartment is cleaned and sanitised by professional cleaners; premium bedding; Bondi Wash bath products.
North Bondi is where the locals live. It has a wonderful beachside vibe and some of the best and healthiest places to eat in the Bondi area. Thanks to the proliferation of shops and eateries at Seven Ways (intersection of Blair Street and Glenayr Avenue), the (North) Bondi Markets and lots of other interesting stores and cafes, North Bondi has a fun and village-like atmosphere. Eat and drink, swim or surf, take a scenic, clifftop walk or simply watch the sun set over Bondi Beach from Ben Buckler…North Bondi is the place to be! The best way to get around Bondi is to walk. It's largely flat and there's lots to see along the way. The easiest way to get into the city is with an Uber which takes around 15 minutes. The 379 bus route which connects with Bondi Junction and Bronte stops just down the street. If you have a car there is unrestricted parking on Mitchell and the surrounding streets.
