Property information

Please note this is a privately owned and managed apartment in a residential building, and not a hotel. This apartment is as per the photos. It is on the 1st floor, overlooking beautiful Newcastle Beach. Important note about this property: There is remediation work occurring at this property currently, expected completion end of February 2025. There will be personnel onsite and may be some construction noise experienced and personnel on site between 7am and 5pm weekdays. Scaffolding is erected on the front of this building, covered in sheer mesh. You can see through the mesh, however the view is slightly impacted. The nightly rates have been set with this in consideration and priced accordingly. If you choose to proceed with booking this property, you acknowledge this notice and we appreciate your respect in our communication, and your review.
