Boats can be moored out the front. Airy open style living provides good vibe for family holidays. Natural surroundings. Cathedral ceiling three bedroom home. The third bedroom being an upstairs open common area setup with beds for sleeping. Our home provides magnificent panoramic views of the lake from the back yard and general living areas of the home. The National Parks of Jervis Bay is only minutes drive away, boasting the whitest sand beaches in the Southern Hemisphere. Dolphin and Whale watch cruises, fishing charters, and scuba diving operators are run from nearby Huskisson. Nature tracks for walkers. Well known surfing beaches. The local area is serviced by many clubs, and pubs for entertainment, with courtesy bus facilities provided from these establishments. Delicious local dining to suit all budgets. Large supermarket for home cooking 5 mins drive away. Local tennis court and golf course 5 mins walk, serviced by St Georges Basin Country Club. Walking distance to cafes, bakery, bottle shop and local stores. Bring your own boat and enjoy the lake. Great fishing right out the front. Watersports are a joy on the glassy lake. The boat ramp being only a few minutes drive from the property.
